Are you mobile?
Yes. zvsdetailing is a fully mobile detailing service. We bring our own spot free water, power, and professional equipment to your home, office, apartment, or workplace.
What areas do you service?
We service most of the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including Dallas, Farmers Branch, Carrollton, Addison, Irving, Plano, Richardson, Frisco, McKinney, Little Elm, Lewisville, Arlington, and surrounding cities.
Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
How long does a detail take?
Service times vary depending on the vehicle's size and condition.
Maintenance Service: 1–2 hours
Signature Detail: 2–4.5 hours
Premium Detail: 3.5 + hours
Paint Correction: Varies
Ceramic Coatings: Usually full-day services
Do you offer interior-only or exterior-only services?
Yes! While our full detail packages are the most popular, we also offer interior-only and exterior-only services. Whether your vehicle needs just a deep interior cleaning, an exterior refresh, or both, we can customize the service to fit your needs.
Do I need to remove my belongings?
Yes. We ask that all personal belongings be removed prior to your appointment. Empty trunk space is required if the trunk is being serviced.
Any trash you would like discarded can be left inside the vehicle.
Do you remove pet hair?
Yes.
Pet hair removal is available as an add-on service. Pricing varies depending on the amount of hair and how deeply embedded it is throughout the vehicle.
Do you remove odors?
Yes.
Our odor treatment focuses on eliminating odors at the source rather than covering them up.
Depending on the situation, treatment may include:
Source identification
Deep cleaning and extraction
Enzyme treatment
Surface treatment
Odor neutralization process
Most odor treatments range from $225–$300+ depending on severity.
Will the odor treatment smell after service?
Possibly.
Some treatments leave behind a temporary scent that can take up to 24 hours to fully dissipate. This is normal and does not mean the odor remains.
Can you remove stains?
In many cases, yes.
Most stains can be significantly improved or removed, but results depend on:

Do ceramic coatings prevent scratches?
No.
Ceramic coatings help reduce wash-induced marring and make maintenance easier, but they do not prevent rock chips, deep scratches, or physical damage.
Do you offer paint correction?
Yes.
Paint correction can reduce or remove:

Light scratches
Oxidation
Water spot etching
Paint haze
Pricing varies based on vehicle size, paint condition, and correction level required.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Invoices can also be sent electronically.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 25% deposit to reserve your appointment. For higher-ticket services, such as paint corrections and ceramic coatings, a $50 minimum deposit is required.
Deposits are applied toward your final balance and help secure your reserved appointment time.
What happens if it rains?
Weather is monitored closely.
If conditions prevent quality work from being completed, appointments may be rescheduled. We do our best to provide advance notice and accommodate the next available opening.
Can you guarantee every stain, scratch, or odor will be removed?
No.
Every vehicle is different. While we strive for the best possible results, some stains, scratches, and odors may be permanent due to age, damage, or material condition.
Our goal is always to achieve the best realistic improvement possible.
